Welcome to Kaminski's team gene expression array data site. On this site we post data that we could not publish in our papers due to size limitations. The data is usually presented in reference to the relevant paper and figure. The relevant papers will also be posted. Additionally, this page contains links to papers (and associated data sets) published by our group or our major collaborators, based on experiments using microarrays . The site is still under construction and we apologize for any broken links and inconveniences. To cite the data please reference the relevant paper.
